Hello...hope all is well with everyone and that you all had a wonderful Easter. These are some of my thrifty vintage finds from recent hunts...
Never can pass up little shoes...for 50cents who would?!
Or adorable embroidery....I just love this....
and some rose paintings....signed by none other than ~"Rose"
Would you believe these were only a quarter each? I love garage sales....
And a little tole tray only 50 cents....
I'm keeping my tea bags in this above....
Last but not least...I found this Made in Germany tiny creamer...only a quarter.....so unique, but not so sure I like her holding the bunny like that...
Finding thrifty finds is always fun...and finding goodies in the mail is even funner....Deb sent these goodies recently for my B'day....
I love it all....thanks again Deb!
In honor of my precious Mama ~
Psalms 31:25-30
She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all.” Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
Love you Mama~
A Very Happy Mother's Day to all the Mother's out there...Do something special....you are worth it :)

You found some very special items. I have not found much lately, I haven't been in the mood for that kind of shopping. When spring really arrives I might get more in to it, we are still cold and wet here. Your roses are lovely.
following you back, I see you are in Florida, I am in Orlando. I love that hanky, gorgeous as is everything else. I am so glad I will not miss any more posts, great to meet you!

Morning Queenie...Happy Belated Birthday to you girl! Those treasures are adorable and oh my word those treasures Deb sent you....glorious!!!!!! I love embroidery pieces and the one with the yellow trim..ohhhhhh be still my heart...just too beautiful! I once sent off for an old pattern back in the 70's of the state flower of all the states..you know the kind you iron on...so I embroidered them and sewed them together in squares for a quilt top...well since I don't know how to quilt I sold the piece in a huge yard sale I was having after we moved back to Alabama from Mississippi...many a time I have kicked myself for that dufus mistake! lol I just think anything sewed by hand and in such detail is just such a treasure...hope you have a glorious Sunday sis...love ya....Picket
